To celebrate the 90th Anniversary (arbitrary) of the Paid Paterson fire department on August 31, 1985, the Honor Legion Firefighters of Northern NJ published a 170 page book highlighting the history those years. Many (names listed on page 4 below) worked tirelessly to create the book. Dr. Thomas Dayspring was the author of the text. Not covered in this book is the 75 year history of Paterson's Volunteer Fire Department (1815-1890) but that information is available by CLICKING HERE
