                                   4 story Multiple Dwellings    Additional Photos: CLICK
Flames were showing from a third floor apartment as firefighters arrived shortly after 3:00 a.m. and residents were evacuated to the YMCA next door and to a PSE&G building across the street for warmth. While firefighters were able to contain the flames to primarily the third floor, smoke and water damage occurred on all floors and firefighters had to cut through the roof to vent out smoke

April 16, 2019: (1854) Inc#19-2115 496 Union Avenue – Working fire. Battalion 3
reported fire in basement of a large 3 story wood frame occupied residential. Upon arrival of TC Wm Henderson Battalion 3 assigned Basement Division and Battalion 1 Upper floors. E2 attack, E7 backup, E4 supply and line above, E6 RIC. L2 search basement, L3 search 1st floor and found fire running up exterior wall on Charlie side and opened up as E4 extinguished. R2 searched upper floors – no fire extension just bottled up smoke. Primary/Secondary Searches were negative. PSG&E secured Utilities. On call Car 6 Investigator Scott Wilson for cause/origin. 7 adults and 9 children displaced and self relocated.

May 18, 2019: #19-2689  @1700 Hrs 94 Nagle st – Working fire. E7 reported fire in behind refrigeration units in Bodega on 1st floor. Co's unable to access wall via interior so exterior wall/siding was opened up and fire was knocked down by E7 with L2 overhauling. 

19-2690 @1733 Hrs. Van Houten Street across from Magees Alley – Battalion 3 reported deep seated rubbish burning down hillside in wooded area inside abandoned mill. E6, E1, L3, R2 assisted stretching multiple lengths of 2½" hose and extinguishing fire. E1 supplied E6 and L3/R2 overhauled area. 

19-2694 @1927 Hrs. 354 11th Ave – Working fire. Battalion 2 reported a large 3 story wood frame duplex with fire running up Delta exterior side wall and smoke showing from front windows on 1st floor. 

May 19, 2019: 19-2697 @0117 Hrs. Pearl/Carroll Streets – One vehicle MVA: 2018 Ferrari struck a utility pole at passenger door with entrapment. Driver out on arrival and passenger pinned in. R2 stabilized vehicle and used hydraulic spreaders, cutters, and ram to cut and peel roof, pop door, and roll dash forward to extricate patient from driver side. 
They were assisted by L1 who later shut ignition to vehicle. E1 stretched and charged an 1¾" hand line for protection. Patient turned over to Ambulance 91 with ALS on board. ALS vehicle
driven by member of E1 to SJH. Driver was taken by Ambulance 95.
