June 4, 2023: PFD issues a CPR award to FF-EMS members who perform CPRs during calls. It will be named after Assistant Chief Joseph Dayspring in honor of he having established the ambulance service in 1970. This is the first award not named after a LODD firefighter.  34 FF received the first awards.
